About Our Products
Every product sold at Infinity Digital Shop is a digital product — software licences, subscription accounts, gift cards, codes, cloud storage plans, OTT subscriptions, AI tools and similar items. No physical goods are shipped.
Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) and are inclusive of any applicable charges. There is no separate delivery charge — digital delivery is included in the listed price.
- Prices, plans, validity periods and availability may change at any time without prior notice. Orders are honoured at the price displayed at the time of checkout.
- By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide (name, email, phone number, payment details) is accurate and complete.
Payment
We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Binance Pay and international Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Orders are processed only after payment has been received and verified. Any chargeback, dispute, or reversal initiated without first contacting our support team may result in immediate suspension of the account and any active products linked to it.
Delivery
- All products are delivered digitally, typically via automated email immediately after payment is confirmed. Delivery details are also shown on the on-screen order confirmation page.
- Where automatic delivery is not possible, delivery is provided through WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.
- Typical delivery time is 5 minutes to 3 hours. In rare cases delivery may take longer due to provider-side processing.
- Please ensure the email address and mobile number you enter at checkout are correct — we use them to deliver and confirm your order.
- If you do not receive your product within the expected window, contact us on WhatsApp or our Facebook page with your order number and we will deliver it manually.
Support
Our customer support runs exclusively through WhatsApp and our Facebook page. Support requests sent only by email are not monitored — for any issue, please message us on WhatsApp or Facebook with:
- Your order number
- The email address or phone number used at checkout
- A short description of the issue (with a screenshot if possible)
Support is available around the clock, every day of the week.
Warranty & Replacements
Every product carries a full warranty for its entire validity period. If a product stops working during that period through no fault of yours, we will replace it free of charge. Some products are sold under different warranty terms, which are clearly stated in that product’s description — in those cases, the product-specific terms apply.

Refunds
We operate on a replacement-first model. If a covered issue cannot be resolved by providing a working replacement, a refund will be issued for that product. Refunds, cancellations and the situations not covered are described in detail in our Refund & Warranty Policy.
Acceptable Use
When you purchase a product from us, you agree that:
- You will use the product only for your personal use and will not resell, redistribute or sublicense it without the original provider’s permission.
- You will not change the password, recovery email or other security details of any shared or pre-configured account we supply, unless the product instructions explicitly allow it.
- You will not share login credentials with other users.
- You will not use the product in a way that violates the original service provider’s Terms of Service (e.g., region restrictions, simultaneous-device limits, prohibited usage).
- You will not engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempt to obtain products without paying.
Violation of any of the above immediately voids the warranty for the affected product and may result in suspension of your account.
Account & Security
If you create an account on our store, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Intellectual Property
The Infinity Digital Shop name, logo, website content, design, and product listings are the intellectual property of Infinity Digital Shop. All third-party software, services and brand names referenced in our product listings belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity Digital Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, any product purchased from us. Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
Third-Party Services
Many of the products we resell rely on services operated by third parties (Netflix, YouTube, Microsoft, Adobe, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, account-level changes, policy changes or service discontinuation on the third party’s side. Where a product becomes unusable for reasons within the original provider’s control, we will issue a replacement under our warranty wherever possible.

Your privacy is important to us. The information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
