How the refund is worked out
A simple, transparent proration based on the unused time left on the plan.
Total subscription days
The full length of the plan — counting both the order date and the expiry date.
Used vs. remaining days
Days from the order date up to today. Before it starts that's 0; once expired it's the whole term.
Prorated remaining value
Original price × (remaining days ÷ total days) — the unused portion of what was paid.
Apply the refund policy
Multiply the remaining value by your refund percentage to get the final refund amount.
Frequently asked questions
How is the refund calculated?
We work out how many days of the subscription are still unused, take that share of the original price, then apply your refund percentage. Formula: Refund = Price × (Remaining Days ÷ Total Days) × (Refund % ÷ 100).
Does the day count include the start and end dates?
Yes. The total subscription length counts both the order date and the expiry date, so 1 January to 31 January counts as 31 days.
What happens if the subscription has already expired?
If today is on or after the expiry date there are no remaining days, so the remaining value and the refund are both zero and the status shows “Expired”.
Is any of my data saved or sent anywhere?
