Refund & Warranty Policy

Every product is covered by a full warranty for its entire validity period. Here’s exactly how our warranty, replacements and refunds work.

At Infinity Digital Shop, we stand behind every product we sell. Because our products are digital, we operate on a warranty & replacement-first model that protects you for the entire time your product is meant to work. This page explains exactly what is covered, what is not, and how to claim a replacement or refund.

Full Warranty on Every Product

Every product purchased from Infinity Digital Shop carries a full warranty for its entire validity period. As long as the plan, subscription or licence you bought is still within its stated validity, your purchase is covered — if it stops working at any point during that period through no fault of your own, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Monthly subscriptions — warranty for the full month of service.
  • Yearly subscriptions — warranty for the full year.
  • Lifetime licences — warranty for as long as the licence is intended to remain valid.
  • One-time digital products — covered until the product is delivered and confirmed working.

Product-Specific Exceptions

A small number of products are sold with different warranty terms — for example, limited-warranty items, no-warranty items, or items where coverage ends at first use. Whenever this is the case, the specific terms are clearly stated inside that product’s description on its product page.

Where the description of a specific product lists different warranty terms, those product-specific terms always take precedence over this general policy for that product. We therefore strongly recommend reading the product description before completing your purchase.

What the Warranty Covers

  • The product, key, code or account stops working during its validity period through no fault of yours.
  • The delivered key/code is invalid, already used, or cannot be activated.
  • The wrong product, plan or duration was delivered.
  • Login credentials supplied by us do not work on first use.

What Is Not Covered

  • Products whose description explicitly states limited or no warranty (see “Product-Specific Exceptions” above).
  • Issues caused by the customer: changing the account password or recovery email, sharing credentials, logging in from blocked regions, or any action that violates the original service provider’s terms.
  • Failure to follow the usage instructions provided at delivery.
  • Gift cards, top-ups, and one-time codes once they have been revealed or redeemed.
  • “Change of mind” after a working digital product has already been delivered — digital goods cannot be physically returned.
  • Claims made after the product’s validity period has ended.
  • Issues caused by third-party service outages on the provider’s side that are temporary and recoverable.

How to Claim a Warranty Replacement

Our support runs through WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger — not email. To claim a replacement, please contact us with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The email address or phone number used at checkout.
  3. A short description of the issue, with a screenshot if possible.

We verify the order and payment, and as long as the claim is within the product’s validity period and the product is covered under this policy, we will provide a working replacement as quickly as possible — typically within the same support window.

Refunds

Our policy is replacement-first. If a covered issue cannot be resolved by providing you with a working replacement, we will issue a refund for the affected product. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where supported, or via bKash / Nagad / Rocket where the original payment method cannot accept refunds, within a reasonable processing time after approval.

We do not issue refunds in any of the situations listed under “What Is Not Covered” above.

Cancellations

Because our products are delivered instantly and automatically, an order generally cannot be cancelled once delivery has completed. If you contact us before the product is delivered — and the order has not yet been auto-fulfilled — we will do our best to cancel and refund the payment.
